Harry Dennis Milligan, a 21-year-old Marine Corps reservist, went out with friends in Albia, Iowa, on Saturday night, June 30, 1984. He was last seen alive in Albia’s business district between 3 and 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning, July 1, 1984, and later reported missing to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office in Albia.
