Rhonda Knutson, 22, was bludgeoned to death in the early morning hours on Monday, Sept. 7, 1992, while working the overnight shift at the Phillips 66 convenience store in Chickasaw County, Iowa. The store manager found Knutson’s body at approximately 4:45 a.m.
I know who did this. I am certain beyond a doubt. I would bet my own life on it. I turned this bastard in 25 ago but made the mistake of going to Chickasaw County sheriff instead of DCI. The ball was completely dropped.
