Officials investigate the site of a homicide that took place shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday, when police responded to a report of shots fired in the 900 block of Broadway. Officers located a man lying in the grass near 912 Broadway Street, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The man was later identified as Rodricus Keith Jones, 23, of Waterloo.
