It looks like a James Michael Genung was convicted in late 2012 of one count of violating a custodial order, with two counts being dismissed, in Polk County, Iowa. The same also holds true for his girlfriend, Mina Pushinski. Are these 3 kids really still missing?

Anonymous, I try to go by the Department of Public Safety’s Missing Person Information Clearinghouse, and all three children are still listed on there as of today. I’m not sure if there was another abduction; in familial abductions, there’s not always a whole lot of details released.

Here is their mother’s facebook page. It certainly looks like the kids aren’t missing any longer. Too bad that the DPS doesn’t update its information. https://www.facebook.com/mina.puschinsky
