William Rogers was last seen at his residence in North English, Iowa, during the evening hours of February 25, 2001. His home burned down during the night and he has never been heard from again. Authorities were unable to locate any trace of him in the ruins.

Rogers was last seen wearing a tan jacket, a "Comfort-Inn" T-shirt, blue jeans and black tennis shoes. His eyes are brown but the left one has a green hue to it and his eyes often appear as two different colors. Rogers is balding, though he may have a moustache, beard or goatee. His nickname is Bill.
