Jorge “Louie” Gutierrez was found wrapped in a sleeping bag in the bed of his maroon 1983 Chevrolet pick-up truck in the early afternoon of October 19, 2004. The truck was parked along the Mississippi River in the 3400 block of South Concorde Street in Davenport, Iowa.
Guitierrez died as a result of blunt force trauma to the head.

"Louie" was a big Dallas Cowboys fan and his truck was covered in Cowboys stickers and signs.
