Jeffrey Garnett, 16, was reported missing to the Council Bluffs Police Department in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on December 15, 2009.

Jeffrey was a shelter care child living at Children’s Square USA in Council Bluffs, and frequently liked to hang out at arcades and skate parks.

Jeffrey has a burn mark on his right bicep, and was last seen wearing a black/gray coat, a black sweatshirt, a black t-shirt, black shoes and jeans.

He has family living in the Whiting, Iowa area, and his father lives in Pahrump, Nevada.
